Terms of Use
Last updated October 12, 2026
These terms cover futureclaritytechnologies.com and working with FutureClarity Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking a free audit, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including cookies.
The short version
- Prices on the site are typical ranges. You get a fixed, written quote before any work starts.
- The audit is free, with no obligation.
- Once you've paid for it, what we build is yours to keep.
- Monthly care is optional, and you can cancel any time with no fee.
Prices on the site
The prices on this site are typical ranges to help you plan, not offers. What you pay is set in a written quote after your free audit, before any work starts. If something in a quote or signed agreement differs from these terms, the quote or agreement wins.
The free audit and demo
The audit is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything. We may decline or reschedule an audit. Any audit report we send you is our honest read of what we could see at the time, based on public information and automated checks, which can miss things. Working demos we show you before you buy are for trying things out, and stay ours until you pay for the work.
Monthly plans and cancelling
- Monthly care and pay-monthly websites are optional. If you choose one, your quote shows the monthly price, and the plan renews each month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time by email to [email protected], a text or call to (818) 939-7964, or the same way you signed up. There's no cancellation fee. You won't be charged for any month after the one in which you cancel, and we'll confirm the cancellation in writing.
- If a monthly price is going to change, we'll tell you in writing at least 30 days before, so you can cancel first.
- A pay-monthly website includes hosting and edits while the plan is active. If your quote includes a buyout or a minimum term, it says so up front.
Texts from us
When you book a free audit or contact us with your phone number, you agree we may text you about your request: setting up your audit, your quote and your project. Some texts may be sent with automated tools. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything. How often we text depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help, or reach us at [email protected] or (818) 939-7964. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number; we never share it or your consent with anyone for their marketing.
Texts and emails our automations send
Many of the workflows we build send texts or emails to your customers, such as reminders, review requests and missed-call replies. You're responsible for having your customers' permission to contact them and for following the laws that apply, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM. We set these up with opt-outs (customers can reply STOP), and we'll tell you if a workflow needs consent you may not have. Texting services may also need your business registered with the phone carriers, which we help with. Review requests must go to every customer alike, never only to happy ones, and must never offer anything in return for a review, as Google's and the FTC's rules require.
Your accounts and other software
If you skip monthly care, we set things up on your own accounts, and you pay those services' usage costs directly. Software from other companies that we connect to, such as booking tools and texting services, has its own terms, and we aren't responsible for those services or their outages.
What's yours
Once you've paid for it, the dashboard and workflows we build for you are yours to keep, as your quote describes. Your business information stays yours. This website's content and design belong to us.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or send us false information. The team pages are for our team only. Links to other websites are there for your convenience; we don't control those sites.
No guarantees
We work hard to get things right, and your quote describes what we'll deliver. Beyond that, the site and the free audit are provided as they are, and we can't promise any particular business result, such as more bookings or reviews.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim about the site or a free audit is limited to $100, and for paid work, to what you paid us for that work in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
California law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute that we can't settle by talking it over will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Changes don't apply to work you've already agreed to in a quote.
